Solutions Engineering

The Solutions Engineering team is the central point of contact for our customers when they need support in product implementation. Our daily business consists of request analysis and finding a suitable solution to any problem. In addition to technical consulting via e-mail, phone or video call, training of our users is another strong focus of our Technical Support Engineers – online, on site or with tutorials. Not only our product users learn something new every time, the associates from our team do as well. With every request, they gain insights into the development processes and application possibilities of the CarMaker product family and evolve to become real product experts.
In this context, our Solution Engineers carry the responsibility for the interests of individual customers. They are the first point of contact for specific questions and support their customers with projects and during everyday application of our products. They therefore obtain deep insights into their processes and challenges and can subsequently offer targeted support. With more acquired expertise, associates represent our company at specialist conferences as well as committees and accompany associates from other departments at trade fairs and events.
