Even though our hundreds of experts are located all around the world, we are calling ourselves a family since 1984. This is not only because we feel connected through our common goals, but also because we have always been a family-run company. To meet the requirements of the company size and to cover the vast spectrum of topics, CEO Steffen Schmidt has been leading IPG Automotive jointly with a three-person Management team since 2023.
