Project Management

Project Management is responsible for planning and implementing our projects – from the initial analysis and planning to the successful implementation of the project. As a project manager, you lead national and international projects in our application areas Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS, Vehicle Dynamics and Powertrain.

In doing so, you collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders to define project goals, set priorities and deploy resources effectively. Agility and flexibility characterize how we approach our projects. Thus, depending on the project type, different methods of modern project management (e.g. Scrum) are used to efficiently plan and organize our projects. We promote open communication and knowledge sharing throughout the entire project duration to ensure a common understanding and optimal collaboration.
