Since the foundation of IPG Automotive, students have always had the possibility to gain experience during their studies or to start their career as young professionals.

This dedication pays off in several ways. Above all, students can acquire valuable skills on a personal and professional level. They can gain insights into their future area of work and thus decide at an early stage which direction to take on their career path. Besides, they qualify themselves for a successful start in their professional life. 
For us as a company, working with students is incredibly valuable as well. Not only are they a vital support in day-to-day business, they also enrich our work with their own ideas and drive.

The same equally applies to both apprentices and dual students. This is why we at IPG Automotive decided to expand our activities in this area.
We are proud to now be accredited as a practical partner by DHBW Karlsruhe and as a vocational training company by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Karlsruhe (IHK).

Furthermore, the efforts that were already undertaken with and for students and young professionals have been rewarded with the “Fair Company” seal. The German business newspaper Handelsblatt awards the seal to companies that provide excellent work conditions for students and young professionals. Members of the initiative are committed to the principle of giving young people fair working conditions and development prospects.
